Shipping & Returns

We are proud of the quality of the products that we sell and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will provide a refund or exchange the item within 60 days of the purchase.

Unless noted otherwise in the ordering process, all items will ship within three to five business days of receiving the order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. Credit cards will be charged once the order has been shipped except for special orders.

If the product you have received is defective or we shipped you the wrong item, we will gladly replace it and pay for the shipping and handling charges (standard postal service). If you order the wrong item, we will replace it, but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return.
